Colour therapy is literally the use of colour to improve our mental, emotional and even physical well-being.
We can do this by consciously applying colour in clothing and interior, using colour in meditation, colouring in drawings, the list goes on … Because colour is EVERYWHERE.
Using the right colour can boost our concentration, reduce anxiety, lift our mood or even give ourselves energy.
Since I have become aware of what colours can do in our everyday lives, I have consciously bought more colourful clothing and have decorated my flat using certain colours.
I’m currently doing a course on colour therapy because I hope that I will be able to help others through the use of simply using colours.
